At in person sessions I frequently use fresh and dried herbs such as rosemary, lavender and sage that I grow in my garden. The massage table is equipped with a Bio-Mat. The heated Bio-mat is filled with amethyst crystals and emits negative ions and far-infrared light that can facilitate the reduction of stress and aid in the healing process.
